Terms of Service for Auto Parts Supply

These terms cover every quotation, sample and order for brake discs and drums, wheel rims, cooling radiators and AC condensers that Jinan Yoker Auto Parts supplies from Jinan, Shandong, China, to buyers worldwide.

Quotations & Free Samples

Each quotation is valid for the period stated on it, and free samples are available so you can check fit and quality before placing a bulk order.

1.1
Basis of quotation. Quotations are prepared from the vehicle model, OE number, specification and quantity you provide. For wheels, this includes PCD, ET and CB. Correct reference data is the basis of an exact fit.
1.2
Response time. Buyers who leave contact details receive a factory-direct quotation within 24 hours.
1.3
Validity. Prices and availability hold for the validity period printed on each quotation. After it expires, both are reconfirmed before an order is accepted.
1.4
Free samples. We provide free samples for evaluation. The sample model, quantity and shipping arrangement are confirmed in writing before dispatch.
1.5
Reference standard. Once you approve a sample, it becomes the reference standard for quality and dimensions in the related bulk order.

Order Confirmation

An order becomes binding when both parties confirm it in writing. New customers receive 10% off their first order, subject to the terms attached to that offer.

2.1
Written confirmation. The confirmed order states the model, OE number, specification, quantity, price, packaging, trademark, delivery terms and payment terms.
2.2
First-order discount. New customers receive a 10% discount on their first order. The terms attached to the offer decide eligibility, scope and how the discount is applied.
2.3
Changes. Changes to a confirmed order must be agreed in writing by both parties and may affect the price and lead time.
2.4
Payment. Payment follows the terms stated in the confirmed order. Production and dispatch follow that schedule.

MOQ & Customization

MOQ is set per product. OEM trademarks and custom specifications apply only after both parties confirm them in writing.

3.1
Applicable MOQ. The MOQ on your quotation applies. Small trial orders, wholesale orders and large OE-supply orders are all accepted.
3.2
Trademarks. If you request your own brand marks, you confirm that you have the right to use them on the goods and packaging.
3.3
Custom specifications. Cast alloy wheels (13–22 inch), forged 6061-T6 wheels (12–24 inch) and other custom items are produced only to specifications that both parties have confirmed in writing.

Delivery & Packaging

Goods ship worldwide in export-standard packaging. Risk passes to the buyer as set by the Incoterms in the confirmed order.

4.1
Lead time. Orders are produced or picked from finished-goods stock after confirmation. AC condensers ship within a 7-day lead time. Lead times for other lines are stated in the order.
4.2
Packaging. All goods are packed to export standard. Any special packaging must be agreed in the confirmed order.
4.3
Risk transfer. Risk of loss or damage passes under the Incoterms in the order. If none is stated, risk passes when the goods are handed to the first carrier.
4.4
Receipt. Check goods on arrival. Report any shortage or transit damage promptly, with photos and the order number.

Quality & Warranty

Cooling radiators carry a 12-month warranty. Warranty terms for all other products follow the confirmed order.

5.1
Quality control. Every order goes through CNC machining, raw-material control and full-process inspection, and is covered by a quality traceability system. AC condensers are pressure-tested and thermal-performance tested.
5.2
Radiator warranty. Cooling radiators carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, including leakage, under normal use.
5.3
Other products. Warranty terms for brake discs, brake drums, wheel rims and AC condensers are those set in the confirmed order.
5.4
Exclusions. The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, use outside the specified application, accidents, modification or normal wear of friction parts.
5.5
Claims. Send the order number, model and photos or video. Batch traceability lets us identify the cause quickly.

Certificates are issued by model and product line. The country of origin of all goods is China.

6.1
By model. Certificates apply to the models they list. Name your target market at the quotation stage so the correct certified models are quoted.
6.2
Shipping documents. The export documents for each shipment are those listed in the confirmed order.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the supplier's total liability for any order is limited to the value of the affected goods in that order.

7.1
Remedy. For confirmed defects, the remedy is repair, replacement or credit for the affected goods, as agreed between the parties.
7.2
Indirect loss. The supplier is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, vehicle downtime or third-party labour costs.
7.3
Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. The affected party must notify the other promptly.

Governing Law

Unless the confirmed order names another governing law, these terms and every order are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

8.1
Order of precedence. Specific terms in a confirmed order take priority over these general terms.
8.2
Trade terms. Incoterms named in an order are interpreted under the current edition published by the International Chamber of Commerce.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes are first settled through direct negotiation. Unresolved disputes go to the forum named in the confirmed order or, if none is named, to the competent court at the supplier's location in Jinan.

9.1
Notice. Raise any issue in writing, quoting the order number, the affected models and supporting evidence.
9.2
Negotiation. Both parties will work in good faith to resolve the issue, using batch traceability records and inspection data.
9.3
Forum. If negotiation fails, the dispute goes to arbitration or court as set in the confirmed order. If no forum is set, it goes to the competent court in Jinan, Shandong Province.
