These three figures decide whether a wheel bolts on and sits correctly. PCD is the bolt pattern (stud count × circle diameter, such as 5×114.3). ET is the offset in mm from the mounting face to the wheel centreline. CB is the centre bore that locates the wheel on the hub. Cast and forged wheels can be made to your PCD, ET and CB.

Send the make, model, model year and engine size, and we'll identify the part from that. Our radiators, for example, fit Mercedes GL320/350/450/550 and ML320/350/500 2006–2012 (3.0L/3.5L/5.0L), plus Volvo VNL/VNM and Mack Vision/Granite 2008–2014 (10.8L/11.9L/12.8L). We cover Japanese, Korean, American, European and Chinese vehicles, including Toyota, Subaru, BMW, Nissan, Ford, KIA, BYD, Chery and Geely.

The MOQ for AC condensers is 10 PCS per model. That covers model-specific units such as RC-2034 (Benz Actros) and RC-2036 (KIA Carens), as well as universal models FP0293, FP0667, P07602 and FP02104. It's a low enough quantity for workshops to restock and for new brands to place a trial order.

Radiator MOQ is negotiable, so tell us the quantity you need. Some wheel models start at 80 pieces. Large supply orders for vehicle manufacturing are quoted on volume.

Yes. Free samples are part of our standard process and come after the quote, before you confirm the order. Use the sample to check fitment, finish and packaging, then order the bulk batch to the same standard.

Every bulk batch is made with the same CNC machining, the same raw-material control and the same inspection at every stage as the approved sample. Our quality traceability system links each batch to its production records, so any issue can be traced to its source.

Every condenser is tested for pressure resistance and thermal performance. Pressure testing finds leaks at tube joints and headers before shipment. Thermal testing confirms the core rejects heat as the system requires.

Certifications are held per product line. Brake discs carry IATF-16949 for the automotive supply chain, and wheels carry DOT, TUV and VIA (by model) for North America, Europe and other regulated markets.

AC condensers have a 7-day lead time. Annual capacity for models such as RC-2019 is 500,000 units, so repeat orders keep the same schedule.

Yes. We keep a steady stock of finished goods in an organised warehouse, so orders are packed from stock or scheduled straight into production. Brake disc and drum capacity is 4,000,000 PCS per year, which keeps workshops and distributors supplied through peak demand.

Yes. You can choose the RCAP trademark or an OEM trademark for AC condensers. Distributors building a private label get the same tested product in their own branding.

Size, colour, surface finish and PCD/ET/CB can all be customised. Cast alloy wheels come in 13–22 inch with chrome or black machined-face finishes. One-piece forged 6061-T6 wheels come in 12–24 inch, including 5X130 blanks for brands that machine their own designs. We also supply replica wheels for 4WD/SUV, off-road and luxury builds.

Cooling radiators come with a 12-month warranty. They are aluminium water-cooled units with a direct-flow tube-and-fin core. If a radiator leaks or fails within the warranty period, contact us with the order details and the after-sales team will handle the claim.
